Single needle device for extracorporeal treatment of blood 1 comprising a treatment unit 3 having a first compartment 4 and a second compartment 5 separated by a semipermeable membrane 6, a single needle extracorporeal bloo d circuit with an intake line 7 and a return line 8, and a purge line 9 at the outlet of the second compartment 5. Closure means acts on intake line 7 and return line 8 to alternate blood intake and return. A first chamber 12 is in fluid communication with the extracorporeal blood circuit, defines a first additional blood volume of variable total content and includes a wall capabl e of being moved by means 19 acting on the chamber 12, making it possible to store blood during the arterial phase and release blood during the venous phase. |
