<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue prosthesis filler permitting filling of deficit part of a biological tissue with a high filling rate by improving the usability of a granular biological prosthesis. <P>SOLUTION: The biological tissue prosthesis filler 1 comprises a cylindrical part 2 with a storage part 6 for storing a plurality of grains of the granular biological tissue prosthesis, a flange part 3 extending in the direction orthogonally crossing the longitudinal direction on the outer surface in the middle in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical part 2, and a plurality of projecting members 4 projecting inward like cantilevers from the inner surface of the cylindrical part 2 and forming one end face of the storage part 6 inside the cylindrical part 2 as disposed adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction.
