BLEACHING AND BEAUTIFYING AGENT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching and beautifying presenting excellent effect which can not be attained by single one by combining bleaching and beautifying materials having different action mechanisms.

SOLUTION: The bleaching and beautifying agent is prepared by using carotenoid together with Kwangtung Daucus carota or its extract and has increased bleaching and beautifying actions of the both ingredients.
