PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic instrument for receiving a service based on various programs. SOLUTION: A portable electronic instrument (104) is provided with a storage means (1041) for selecting and storing either a program required in accordance with the request of a service or location information showing the present location of the program on the basis of an empty capacity and an executing means (1043) for executing the program stored in the storage means according to the request of the service or the program to be specified by the location information stored in the storage means.
