PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic music apparatus controlling all of two or more individual electronic music apparatuses different in timbre parameter information completely in a similar manner according to a common display mode and an operation system, and to provide a program therefor. SOLUTION: The electronic music apparatus acquires predetermined original parameter information including at least the original parametric name(s) from one or two or more external electronic music apparatuses including at least sound sources. The electronic music apparatus analyzes the original parametric names of the original parametric information acquired based on the pre-stored and predetermined timbre parameter information, and converts the original parametric names into a similar common parametric name. Thus, since the apparatus displays a parametric name in the common display mode even when the electronic music apparatuses in which the different original parametric names are added to the same kind of parameter for performing similar sound source control, a user is able to easily control all of the individual external electronic music apparatuses different in timbre parametric information in the similar manner according to the common display mode.
