PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording apparatus capable of easily and freely attaching information to image data. SOLUTION: An order sheet is provided with: a title area 401 on which title objects 403 are to be displayed; and an image area 402 on which image data are displayed, character strings 403 of the title objects prepared in advance each with a unique number attached thereto are displayed on the title area 401 and is provided with a new title space 405 onto which a user writes character strings of titles desirably newly added. Thumbnail images 406 of the image data are arranged on the image area 402 and the user can select a title object adapted to the image data while referencing the thumbnail images 406.
