PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of a data communication charge without causing a new charge burden and increasing traffic. SOLUTION: In providing information of the data communication charge, the information of the data communication charge is joined with a prescribed signal determined in a connection release processing procedure. More specifically, the data communication charge information is attached to an option region of a connection release confirmation (request) signal from a network side and a mobile communication terminal side extracts/displays the data communication charge information.
