摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter based on an EER method that has a wide band and is efficient. SOLUTION: Amplitude components in modulation signals are inputted to the power supply terminal of a high-frequency power amplifier 124, phase components are inputted to the high-frequency input terminal of the high-frequency power amplifier 124, and a modulation wave in which the original modulation signal is modulated is obtained from the output of the high-frequency power amplifier 124. A supply voltage is supplied from a group of DC/DC converters 103 having a different order of output voltages to an emitter follower 118 and an operational amplifier 119 via a group of switches 109. The output of either group of DC/DC converters 104-108 is selected by a group of switches 109 according to the level of amplitude components for the supply voltage, and is given to the emitter follower 118 and the operational amplifier 109, thus reducing the difference between the emitter and collector of the emitter follower 118, enhancing the power supply efficiency of the emitter follower 118, and improving the power supply efficiency of the operational amplifier 119.
