PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder block structure suppressing vibrations while minimizing increase in weight. SOLUTION: The cylinder block structure comprises a cylinder block main body formed with a plurality of cylinder bore walls 4; a skirt portion integrally formed through a lower deck portion 1 at a lower part of the cylinder block main body; and partition walls 7 integrally formed on a lower side of the lower deck portion 1, and dividing the skirt portion about each bore wall 4. The cylinder block structure is provided with a rib 9 uniting the lower deck portion 1 and the bore wall 4, thereby improving stiffness of the lower deck portion 1 and suppressing vibrations acted on the lower deck portion 1.
