摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control accuracy of start advance by the eliminating portion of intervention of frictional loss during transmission of force from a start advancing spring to both centrifugal weights. SOLUTION: A temperature sensing operating means 7 is composed of a shape memory spring 8 formed by manufacturing a compression coil spring from a shape memory alloy material. The shape memory spring 8 and the start advancing spring 6 are located between a pair of centrifugal weights 3, 3 and arranged concentrically with a weight return spring 5. The weight return spring 5 is provided inside one centrifugal weight 3, and the start advancing spring 6 and the shape memory spring 8 are provided inside the other centrifugal weight 3.
