PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn package consisting of a biodegradable polylactic acid fiber having an excellent dynamic characteristic and also less reduction of dynamic characteristic caused by deterioration with time, excellent in practical property and suitable for yarn dyeing. SOLUTION: This cheese type package for the yarn dyeing, wound by the yarn constituted with the polylactic acid fiber is provided by having≥100,000 weight-average molecular weight of the polylactic acid,≤10 % boiling water shrinkage of the yarn and being wound by 40-70 degree winding hardness.
