PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in the accuracy of a clearance between a tip lip and a web. SOLUTION: A slot die 9 is provided with a heat insulation liquid flow passage 50 in which heat insulation water 51 is circulated. The size of the heat insulation liquid flow passage 50 is determined in such a manner that a ratio (S1/S2) satisfies an inequality of 4<(S1/S2)x100<40, wherein S1 is the value obtained by totalizing the cross-sectional areas of the heat insulation liquid flow passage 50 for six pieces at a face perpendicular to the transverse direction of the slot die 9 and S2 is the cross-sectional area of the slot die 9. The heat insulating liquid flow passage 50 is so disposed as to satisfy the inequality, and thereby the heat from the heat insulating liquid flow passage 50 is more easily transferred to the entire part of the slot die 9 and the temperature difference between the neighborhood of the heat insulating liquid flow passage 50 and the surface of the slot die 9 is reduced and the deformation of the slot die 9 can be prevented.
