PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle capable of performing an air-blowing operation through compartment air of a rear seat air conditioner unit while keeping a cooling operation of a front seat air-conditioner unit, having a simple structure, reducing an increased cost caused by an increased space or weight of the rear seat air-conditioner unit and attaining an easy operation or handling. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner device for a vehicle comprises a front seat air-conditioner unit and a rear seat air-conditioner unit, and an evaporator and an expansion valve for each of the air-conditioner units are connected in parallel at a refrigerant circuit. The rear seat air-conditioner unit has the evaporator, the expansion valve, a ventilation passage having a compartment air inlet, a blower and a rear seat air outlet for blowing air from the blower through the evaporator, a bypass passage for allowing the air blown from the blower bypasses the evaporator, and a changing-over means for changing-over the ventilation passages.
