PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle height adjusting device capable of precisely adjusting the vehicle height in traveling on irregular road even though it is simple constitution. SOLUTION: The vehicle height adjusting device determines that the current position of the vehicle is on the irregular road based on the displacement vehicle information when the displacement amount of the vehicle information exceeds a certain threshold value in a state where the live load of the vehicle has no change.
