PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of an air flow between fins and from a gap around fins with a register in a fin shutting state, and generation of abnormal sound caused by the leakage of the air flow by a simple means. SOLUTION: Air venting holes 16 (16a to 16d) are provided on a wall part of a retainer 11 provided with a mutually parallel plurality of fins 13. When the register is in the fin shutting state, air within the retainer 11 is discharged from the air venting holes 16 to prevent the leakage of the air flow from the gap of an opening part at a distal end of the retainer 11 in the fin shutting state and to prevent generation of abnormal sound caused by the leakage of the air flow.
