PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device with a cam and a roller for maintaining a condition that an input shaft lever and an output shaft lever are disconnected after an operation input exceeds a set load. SOLUTION: When an output shaft lever 3 is operated, a roller 5a of a roller arm 5 rotates while keeping its position in a recess 3b of a cam 3a, and an output shaft lever 4 rotates. When the operating input exceeds a set load, the roller 5a rides over the recess 3b, and rides on a circular arc-like portion of the cam 3a. Simultaneously, the other roller 5b of the roller arm 5 is pushed up by the rotation of a lock cam 6 pulled by a spring 7. The roller arm 5 rotates with a shaft 2 as a center and is separated from the cam 3a of the input shaft lever 3, and the output shaft lever 4 is disconnected from the input shaft lever 3.
