PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier laminate which is excellent in printability (particularly gradation printability), improved in the prevention of deterioration in gas-barrier properties even if it is subjected to printing, and excellent in adhesion between a plastic base material and an inorganic thin film when subjected to retorting. SOLUTION: This gas-barrier laminate comprises the plastic base material (A), an inorganic thin film (B) which is formed on at least one side of the plastic base material (A), and a coating layer (C) which is formed by applying a coating agent to the surface of the inorganic thin film (B); a polyester resin (c1) with a molecular weight of 3,000-15,000 and a polyurethane resin (c2) with a molecular weight of 8,000-30,000 are contained in the coating agent at a weight ratio of 5/95-95/5; and oxygen permeability of the gas-barrier laminate is 25 fmol/m<SP>2</SP>/s/Pa or less.
