A pharmaceutical composition comprising for the treatment of migraine a therapeutically effective amount of ibuprofen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or its enantiomer and a therapeutically effective amount of domperidone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof together with a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier but which contains no antacid ingredient.
