<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material which can increase a fixation speed of the lower layer without reducing the image performance. <P>SOLUTION: For this heat-sensitive recording material, at least two layers of recording layers (A layer and B layer) for which two kinds of diazonium salt compounds having different heat-sensitive wavelengths, and a coupler which develops colors of different hues by reacting with respective diazonium salt compounds are combined are provided on a support. The B layer and the A layer are laminated from the support side in this order, and the light absorbency after an image recording by the maximum density of the A layer in the luminescent central wavelength of a light source for fixing the diazonium salt compound of the B layer is set to be 25% or lower of the light absorbency before the image recording of the B layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
