PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data detecting system using an inherent information recording device for enabling a specific person to derive the personal various information data of an installed person, and to perform proper treatment even when the installed person installed with the inherent information recording device does not permit the use of the inherent information recording device.

SOLUTION: This data detecting system using an inherent information recording device is provided with an access device for emergency capable of communicating with the inherent information recording device installed in a living body in the oral cavity or near the oral cavity of the installed person for storing the personal various information data of the installed person according to identification information for emergency and terminal equipment capable of communicating with the access device for emergency according to the identification information for emergency, and reading the various information data of the installed person.
