PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate total quality which a user can feel with respect to communication performed between multiple points.

SOLUTION: In a total quality estimating apparatus 1A, a user feeling quality value which the user feels for each of calls with other application terminals 2B, 2C and 2D forming the multi-point communication is corrected and averaged by weighting information concerning the corresponding call, thereby estimating the desired total quality value.
