<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescence display device and a drive method thereof that improve the image quality by preventing a driving thin-film transistor formed for each pixel from increasing in the threshold voltage. <P>SOLUTION: An electroluminescence display device includes an electroluminescence panel having a plurality of pixels at pixel areas defined by intersections between data lines and first and second gate lines; and each of the pixels includes an electroluminescence cell connected to receive a supply voltage, and a first cell driver and a second cell driver for alternately controlling the current flow into the electro-luminescence cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
