<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curb stone rivet for reducing various costs, while clearly enabling visual confirmation, particularly in the morning and in the twilight of the night fall regardless of day and night. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent resin layer is arranged on an outside surface of a retroreflection body of the curb stone rivet, and a luminous pigment is blended into the transparent resin layer, and even when visibility is worst in brightness of a degree that an automobile does not turn on a headlight in the nightfall, the curb stone rivet itself emits the light by stored solar energy by being irradiated in the daytime, to urge visual guidance to a driver. When the resin layer is formed in a cover shape and is installed on the curb stone rivet, manufacture is facilitated, and a shape of the resin layer can be easily changed by use and an installation place.
