PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard information processing device that dispenses with loading/unloading of various cards depending on services when users in an automobile try to receive various services via onboard information terminal devices or the like.

SOLUTION: IC cards are inserted in advance in a plurality of card readers 12 etc. IDs are sequentially read from the IC cards inserted in a plurality of card readers 12 etc. selected by a card reader selection part 26, and the IDs read are sequentially transmitted out via an antenna 7. The selection from the card readers 12 etc. can be based on a decision expressed by the pressing of a payment button 17 by a driver 1 or another passenger 2. After the IDs are authenticated, the plurality of IC cards can be used for settlement according to the payment request.
