<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reader writer for a non-contact IC card suitable to a two-wheeled vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The reader writer for the non-contact IC card is fixed on an exterior wall of a construction for toll collection. A self type reader writer which a driver can move manually via a cable is attached to the reader writer. The driver can perform toll collection processing by non-contact communication both by bringing the self-type reader writer close to the IC card put in a pocket of his/her clothes and picking out the IC card to bring it close to the fixed reader writer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
