<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of a clearance between a tip lip and a web. <P>SOLUTION: A stand 10 is formed by machining a casting of an integral type. Thereby, the accuracy of the stand 10 can be obtained in order ofμm. The upper part of the stand 10 serves as a holding section 41 of an L shape in cross section. When a slot die 9 is installed, the top surface of the holding section 41 abuts on the under surface of the slot die 9 and the side face of the holding section 41 abuts on the back of the slot die 9. The under surface and back of the slot die 9 and the top surface and side face of the holding section 41 are formed to have straightness in such a manner that the fluctuation in the widths of recessed parts and projecting parts respectively becomes≤5μm. Then, the slit die 9 can be maintained with good accuracy and the accuracy of the clearance between the tip lip 20 and the web can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
