PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer amount regulating blade capable of realizing the reduction of cost of a part to be assembled in a cartridge part because it does not require a stage for sub-assembling a blade/holder assembly. SOLUTION: In the developer amount regulating blade 1A, a plate member 2A on one side in a width direction has a width-direction cross sectional shape to which bend deforming processing including bending processing and winding processing is applied.
