PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a circuit structure of a fader device, by providing a switching circuit and its control means and changing a control voltage supplied to a motor driver by switching operation of the switching circuit. SOLUTION: A motor 20 operates a fader 18. A motor driver 22 drives the motor 20. A switching circuit 26 is connected to a voltage control terminal of the motor driver 22, and conducts switching operation so as to supply a control voltage having a plurality of steps to the motor driver 22 selectively. A fader CPU 14 controls the motor driver 22 and switching circuit 26. The fader CPU 14 controls the switching circuit 26 to change the control voltage supplied to the motor driver 22 in stepwise.
