METHOD FOR MODIFYING SURFACE OF RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT AND SURFACE-MODIFIED RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying the surface of a resin molded product in which sufficient modifying effect can be imparted to the surface layer part of the resin molded product, and the surface-modified resin molded product. SOLUTION: The method for modifying the surface of the resin molded product comprises sorbing the melt of a low-molecular weight polymer having solubility and diffusion coefficient to carbon dioxide which are higher than those of a thermoplastic resin and being not compatible with the thermoplastic resin to the resin molded product composed of the thermoplastic resin at a temperature lower than the heat distortion temperature of the thermoplastic resin or a temperature not higher than [glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin + 30°C] in the presence of carbon dioxide.
