PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful substance removing agent low in production cost and easy to handle after used. SOLUTION: This harmful substance removing agent is based on fine particles for capturing a harmful substance by a pore structure or a chemical reaction with Ca ions. Herein, as the fine particles, particles having a pore structure such as bamboo charcoal, a shell fossil, zeolite or particles having a chemical structure having Ca ions such as pumiceous sand balloon, titania, shell fossil, yellow soil, zeolite, magnesia lime, quick lime are used.
