PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured and easily handled leading system for leading/guiding a user along an ideal movement path. SOLUTION: A movement path generation part 4 generates a movement path based on the moving distance, the moving direction, etc. of the user. A generation condition setting part 6 sets generation conditions, for example, when generating the shortest movement path as an ideal movement path or generating an ideal movement path such as going by way of station facilities. An ideal path generation part 5 generates a movement path ideal for the user based on the generation conditions set by the setting part 6 and based on the movement paths of the user in the past. A lead/guidance part 12 leads/guides the user to a station facility or leads/guides the user to an optimum boarding position for a vehicle so that the user can get down from a position close to the station facility based on the ideal movement path generated by the generation part 5.
