PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system, a method of navigation and a navigation program capable of guiding a lane in which no traffic congestion is occurred in multiple lanes in an route interval in front of a facility. SOLUTION: A process control part 2 detects the facility along the introducing route, discriminates whether the route interval in front of the facility is the multiple lanes for each way or not, and also discriminates whether the facility is on the right side or the left side regarding the running direction, and controls a display part 6 and a voice output part 8 to indicate the right lane if the facility is on the left side regarding the running direction, or controls the display part 6 and the voice output part 8 to indicate the left lane if the facility is on the right side regarding the running direction.
