摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can perform various kinds of OSD display easily and in which it is not necessary to perform the compiling of data each time OSD data is changed. SOLUTION: The display device is equipped with; a control part 8 to which serial data are inputted; a display part 7; a selector 11; a 1st storage part 12 in which a control program 13 and 1st OSD data 14 are stored; and a 2nd storage part 15 in which 2nd OSD data 16 and 3rd OSD data 17 are stored, and the control part 8 outputs an OSD area specifying signal which is included in the serial data to the selector 11 and the selector 11 outputs an address operation signal corresponding to the OSD area specifying signal to the 2nd storage part 15 selectively according to the OSD area specifying signal.
