PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device whose constitution is made compact to realize miniaturization. SOLUTION: The lens driving device has a lens holding frame 36 holding a lens 37, guide members 38 and 39 guiding the holding frame 36 in an optical axis direction, a driving member 31 driving the holding frame 36 in the optical axis direction and a base member for holding the driving member 31 and the holding frame 36. The driving member 31 is constituted of a motor, which has a flange part 33 fixed on the base member.
