PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for measuring three-dimensional information, and a method and device for measuring rocking. SOLUTION: This device for measuring three-dimensional information comprises a laser head 5 scanning laser beam to a determined area and receiving a reflected light from an object 1, and a control processing part 6 processing the reflected light. The control processing part 6 detects, from the reflected light, the returning time of the reflected light from the object 1 as reflected light time data and the intensity of the reflected light returned from the object 1 as reflected light intensity data, and acquires information for the object 1 by using both the reflected light time data and the reflected light intensity data. According to this, the information for the object 1 is acquired from the reflected light intensity data or the like to grasp the quantitative information of the object 1, whereby an objective determination can be performed.
