PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a reset action of a circuit by enabling waveform shaping of a pulse current. SOLUTION: A Josephson junction J2 is provided for ejecting the second circulation current between a pulse generating circuit that generates a first circulation current and a second circulation current by a trigger current and is constituted of inductors L1, L2 and a Josephson junction J1, and a JTL buffer 11b. A Josephson junction J13 is provided for ejecting a fourth circulation current by a reset current in a holding circuit that is constituted of a Josephson junction J12 for holding an SFQ output from a comparator gate 12, and inductors L11, L12.
