摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately reproduce the vibration acceleration of a railway vehicle over a track. SOLUTION: This railway vehicle testing apparatus 2 is provided with rotating rail wheels 20 for supporting wheels 10 of the railway vehicle 1; an oscillating device 22 for simulating passage irregularities of the track by vibrating the rail wheels 20 in the direction of a rotating shaft; a control unit 25 for controlling the oscillating device 22; and a simulation device 26 for simulating a virtual traveling state of the railway vehicle 1 over the track and the rail wheels 20. The simulation device 26 computes for every wavelength both a first vibration acceleration of the railway vehicle 1 over the rail wheels 20 vibrating at a plurality of wavelengths and a second vibration acceleration of the railway vehicle 1 over the track at which passage irregularities occur at the plurality of wavelengths. The control unit 25 computes a correction function indicating the relation between a correction coefficient of vibrations of the rail wheels 20 to amplitude and the wavelengths of vibrations of the rail wheels 20 on the basis of the ratio of the second vibration acceleration to the first vibration acceleration and corrects the amplitude of vibrations of the rail wheels 20 on the basis of the correction function.
