PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device for an fluidized incinerator for burning waste materials in optimum conditions by automatically and properly controlling the fluidized incinerator without depending on the experiences and skills of operators even when the nature of the waste materials is changed. SOLUTION: In operating the fluidized incinerator 1, set values for a fluidized air flow automatic controller 9 for the fluidized incinerator 1 for incinerating the waste materials, a secondary combustion air automatic controller 10 and a furnace filling water automatic controller 11 are set by chemical engineering calculation. The fluidized incinerator is operated while changing the set values stepwise depending on a tendency to increase or reduce a sand bed temperature, a furnace outlet gas temperature and a furnace oxygen amount during operation.
