PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Oldham coupling with a simple structure which can be assembled easily and can adjust both the amount of eccentricity and the angle deviation between a main driving shaft and a driven shaft. SOLUTION: The Oldham coupling 1 includes: a driving member 10A having a main body 12A to which the main driving shaft 101 is connected, and projecting sections 13A, 14A projecting from the main body 12A at positions opposing to each other at an angle of substantially 180 degrees; a driven member 10B having a main body 12B to which the driven shaft 102 is connected, and projecting sections 13B, 14B having configurations similar to the projecting sections 13A, 14A of the driving member 10A; and an intermediate member 30 arranged between the driving member 10A and the driven member 10B with gaps interposed between the intermediate member 30 and the projecting sections 13A, 14A, 13B, 14B. In the Oldham coupling 1, the driving member 10A is connected to the intermediate member 30 by means of a pin 50A which loosely extends through the intermediate member 30 and both ends of which are fixed to the projecting sections 13A, 14A, and the driven member 10B is connected to the intermediate member 30 by means of a pin 50B which loosely extends through the intermediate member 30 in the direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of loose extension of the pin 50A and both ends of which are fixed to the projecting sections 13B, 14B.
