PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air driving device capable of avoiding waste as much as possible, and obtaining required rotation speed in a turbine shaft. SOLUTION: The air driving device comprises a housing having an air supplying port and an air discharging port with flow passage cross sectional areas S1, S2, and formed with a turbine chamber in the middle of a flow passage of an enclosed space shape extending from the supplying port to the discharging port; and the turbine shaft supported by the housing so as to rotate about an axis, and having a turbine portion in a turbine chamber. By letting a relief surface area of the turbine chamber releasing air from the supplying port to the discharging port as St, the relationship S1≤St≤S2 is materialized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
