PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having good impact resistance, weatherablity and melt fluidity (moldability) and stably giving a molded article having a uniform matte appearance independent of the molding condition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition contains (A) 1-99.9 pts. mass of a graft copolymer produce by grafting a vinyl polymer to a composite rubbery polymer (R) containing a polyorganosiloxane (S) and a poly(meth)acrylate (M) containing a (meth)acrylate monomer unit, (B) 0.1-50 pts. mass of a crosslinked rigid polymer and (C) 0-80 pts. mass of other thermoplastic resin (the sum of A to C is 100 pts. mass).
