PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the temperature of a reaction mixture in a reaction vessel in a short time. SOLUTION: An incubator apparatus comprises the reaction vessel 10, a temperature controller 12 and a heat conductive member (40) for conducting heat of the temperature controller to the reaction vessel. The incubator apparatus is provided with a heat insulating member (20) for cutting off the temperature of the reaction mixture from the outside air and pressurizing means (30 and 32) for increasing the adhesion of each member, respectively placed on the top surface of the reaction vessel.
