PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional vehicle for high lift work lifted by pressing a pedal is difficult to be lifted and hard to be handled when it is operated by a light operator or a heavy load is placed thereon. SOLUTION: The moving carriage 1 consists of a lower body 2 with a travelling section and an upper body 3 with a steering section, and the upper body can be lifted/lowered. A lower step 24 is provided in the lower body 2, and an upper step 10 is provided in the upper body 3. A lifting pedal 14 is provided on the upper step 10, and a hydraulic pump 45 coupled to the lifting pedal 14 is provided in the lower face of the upper step 10.
