摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP-made energy absorbing member mounting structure applicable to a vehicle without increasing the weight or the vehicle body length. SOLUTION: The FRP-made energy absorbing member mounting structure comprises an FRP-made energy absorbing member 2 of a cylindrical section consisting of reinforced fibers and resin so as to successively cause the collapse from an input end side by the input load from the axial direction, and a supporting member 1 formed of fiber-reinforced plastic with an end of the cylindrical section joined with the FRP-made energy absorbing member 2 and a molding core 3 provided inside thereof.
