PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer control device capable of suppressing an increase of the vehicle body roll motion, and maintaining the adequate vehicle steer characteristic even when the power supply is lost or the stabilizer control device is failed. SOLUTION: The relative displacement between a pair of stabilizer bars is restricted by a restriction means (M19) with respect to actuators FT and RT arranged between a pair of stabilizer bars on the front wheel side and a pair of stabilizer bars on the rear wheel side. When the power supply PW is lost, or a stabilizer control device is determined failed by a failure determination means (M18), the restrictive force applied between the pair of stabilizer bars on the front wheel side is set to be relatively larger than the restrictive force applied between the pair of stabilizer bars on the rear wheel side.
