PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating device for a working machine facilitating the elevation to an operator's room and the working machine equipping with the elevating device. SOLUTION: The operator's room 9 is installed on a wheel type traveling body 1. A footrest 13 for elevating is installed on a wheel cap 14 of the wheel 3 at the operator's room of the wheel type traveling body 1.
