PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a pelletizer capable of uniformizing a shape of a granulated pellet, improving a yield and shape keepability even when the raw material has a high water content, and facilitating a maintenance by preventing a residue of a molding from adhering to a pellet cutter and a blade of the pelletizer. SOLUTION: Outer circumferential walls of a pair of rotatable cylindrical dies 2, each die having a plurality of forming holes 1 on the outer circumferential wall, are face to face in contact with each other. Raw material 3 is sent between the cylindrical dies 2, is orderly compressively put into the forming holes 1, and is extruded. The extruded substance is cut into a pellet-like granule with the blade of the pellet cutter 4. This cylindrical die contact type pelletizer is characterized in that the intermediate portion of the pellet cutter 4 is bent at a predetermined angle in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the cylindrical die 2.
