PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer head of a coating film transfer implement which prevents shaking in the width direction of a transfer tape, bending of the tape and shaving of the end face of a coating film and thereby enables execution of smooth transfer work and attainment of an excellent transferred coating film, even when a thin plastic film is used as a tape base. SOLUTION: The coating film transfer implement has a feed rotating part, a take-up rotating part and the transfer head. The transfer tape is parted into the coating film to be transferred onto a transfer object surface via the transfer head and the tape base to be left, and the tape base is let out from the feed rotating part and wound on the take-up rotating part. A pressing transfer part is formed at the tip of the transfer head and tape guides are provided at the opposite end parts in the width direction of the lower-side part on the transfer object surface side of the transfer head and of the upper-side part whereon the tape base is inverted and runs. In the transfer head of the coating film transfer implement thus constituted, at least two or more tape regulating members are provided at each of the opposite end parts in the width direction of the lower-side part of the transfer head.
