PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide luminescent metal even in the nighttime or in a place where illumination is insufficient. SOLUTION: The metal containing the fluorescent paint prepared by heating the metal to melt, compounding the fluorescent paint with the molten metal, pouring the mixture into a mold of an arbitrary shape, and curing the same is provided.
