PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane module-unit capable of simply subjecting membrane modules to off line cleaning. SOLUTION: One unit composed of a raw water pipe which is attachably and detachably connected to a raw water pipe installed on a water treatment apparatus and supplies raw water therethrough, two or more membrane modules which filter raw water and a filtrate water pipe which is attachably and detachably connected to a filtrate water pipe installed on the water treatment apparatus and supplies filtrate water filtered by the membrane modules therethrough is mounted on a container car which can be trailed by a trailer. By performing an attaching and detaching operation of the raw water pipe and the filtrate water pipe, the two or more membrane modules can be loaded and unloaded at one time for the water treatment apparatus and, therefore, the burden of the loading and unloading operation can be eliminated. Further, the operator can get along with such a simple operation that does not require a skillful engineer.
